Booking
1. Please contact us to check availability and for a quotation.
2. If you wish to proceed with booking you will be sent our Booking Form to complete and return giving your payment preferences. We require a 50% deposit to secure the villa for your dates or full payment if your arrival is within 4 weeks. You can pay by Bank Transfer to our Offshore Accounts in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling, our Thai Bank Account or by Paypal (5% Paypal Charge),
3. On receipt of your signed Booking Form we will issue our Invoice giving payment details.
4. Once payment is received you will receive your Booking Confirmation Receipt.
5. The Balance payment is due 4 weeks before arrival.
6. We require a Security Deposit of 1,500 USD which can be paid in cash on arrival. This will be returned to you before departure once the villa has been checked for damage or breakages.
Cancellation Terms
– More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable.
– From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
– From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non refundable
– From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
